WALNUT CRACKING LINE
Description
Suitable to crack walnuts leaving the kernel 93 to 98% intact. Consisting of:
- Feeding conveyor belt with feeding hopper.
- Distributing conveyor belt to distribute the walnuts to the cracking machines.
- Cracking machines equipped with 3 cracking heads each.
- Air separators at each cracking machine’s exit
- Collecting belt at the air separators’ exit.
- Feeding belt to feed the cracked walnuts into the sorting sieve.
- Sorting sieve to sort manually the rest 70 to 80% shells and kernels
