The machine is of heavy duty construction and it is equipped with double rack system (unique in the world) to ensure absolute stability during operation. Another important factor that differentiates this machine from all others, is that the spirals are hanging free. They are not placed in tubes. The advantage of this system is that we can check at every moment the remaining quantity of wire in the coils, and - more important - each coil contains much more wire as the quantity is not restricted by the tubes' inner diameter. That way, the machine's productivity is bigger, as we stop less often to change spiral coils than we do on the conventional machines and the spiral reloading is faster..
