It consists of two parts: a) The bending part with the guiding and bending rolls and b) The rotating brushes which rotate in contact with the wire’s periphery and at the same time around themselves. The machine is equipped with soft starter, absorber and carriages for taking off the scale, light in the brushing cabin as well as low tension control system (24V).
